The chamber size is tall enough to fire a 23″ tall pot and wide enough to hold a 21″ platter.

Offering Kiln Rentals in Full, Half, Shelf, and 1/2 Shelf sections.

Only for Cone 04 Bisque and Cone 6 Glaze Firings. Cone 6 Clay is what we work with! 

How does it work?

Full - $50; Half- $25; Shelf - $15; 1/2 Shelf - $8

$50 Full Kiln Rental - Fill out our Google Form below to pick a specific day to load. This includes a 1 Hour lesson on loading and firing kiln to either Cone 04 or Cone 6, and you load your own works with the guidance of our Studio Manager or Assistant. You'll receive your invoice before the lesson, expected to be paid before pickup during Open Hours.

$25 Half or $15 Shelf Kiln Rentals - Fill out our Google Form below and drop off Thursdays-Saturdays 11am-4pm on our Bisque Firing or Glaze Firing Shelves as labeled. When we fire your works, you'll receive an email for you to pickup along with your invoice accounting for the space taken up in the kiln, expected to be paid before pickup during Open Hours. These firings are loaded by staff and are started once we reach a full kiln load with other student works.
